Jonathan Miller Joins Mochila Advisory Board
Former AOL Chairman and CEO, Velocity founding partner to bring wealth of
experience and expertise to Mochila
New York, N.Y., February 2, 2009 -- Mochila, a premium online content syndication technology
platform and network, announced today that digital media veteran Jonathan Miller has joined
Mochila's Advisory Board. Miller is a founding partner of Velocity Interactive Group, a global
digital media and communications investment firm with more than $1.5 billion in assets.
From 2002 to 2006 Miller served as Chairman and CEO of Time Warner's AOL, where he was
responsible for restructuring the company, which included focusing AOL on online advertising
and completed the acquisition in 2004 of Advertising.com. Through his leadership, AOL
delivered record annual profit growth of 21 percent and increased its online advertising growth
by 46 percent.

USA Electronic Commerce Solutions, the USA Travel Channel and Expedia.com. From 1999 to
2000, Miller was President and CEO of USA Electronic Commerce Solutions and President and
CEO of USA Broadcasting. He was also Managing Director of Nickelodeon International, a unit
of Viacom's MTV Networks.
Miller received his B.A. with honors from Harvard College. He serves on the Board of the
American Film Institute and serves as a trustee of both Emerson College and WNYC Public
Radio in New York.
Miller is an Advisor at General Atlantic LLC and an Advisor at LaunchBox Digital. He also sits
on the Advisory Boards of Idearc Media, Premiere Exhibitions, Motricity, Inc., and several
others.
