Former AOL Chairman and CEO, Velocity founding partner to bring wealth of experience and expertise to Mochila

New York, N.Y., February 2, 2009 -- Mochila, a premium online content syndication technology platform and network, announced today that digital media veteran Jonathan Miller has joined Mochila's Advisory Board. Miller is a founding partner of Velocity Interactive Group, a global digital media and communications investment firm with more than $1.5 billion in assets.

From 2002 to 2006 Miller served as Chairman and CEO of Time Warner's AOL, where he was responsible for restructuring the company, which included focusing AOL on online advertising and completed the acquisition in 2004 of Advertising.com. Through his leadership, AOL delivered record annual profit growth of 21 percent and increased its online advertising growth by 46 percent.

"We are extremely excited to have Jon join our Advisory Board," said Benjamin Chen, Chairman and CEO, Mochila. "His breadth of expertise and knowledge in digital media, along with his impressive track record in developing revenue-generating advertising models is unparalleled."

"Mochila is at the forefront of developing new online premium advertising solutions, creating a unique market opportunity," said Miller. "Offering advertisers the ability to more closely embed their message with rich targeted content is clearly the future of advertising."

Prior to AOL, Miller was President and CEO of USA Information and Services, which included such businesses as Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster.com, CitySearch, Match.com teleservices, USA Electronic Commerce Solutions, the USA Travel Channel and Expedia.com. From 1999 to 2000, Miller was President and CEO of USA Electronic Commerce Solutions and President and CEO of USA Broadcasting. He was also Managing Director of Nickelodeon International, a unit of Viacom's MTV Networks.

Miller received his B.A. with honors from Harvard College. He serves on the Board of the American Film Institute and serves as a trustee of both Emerson College and WNYC Public Radio in New York.
